Bay of Fires December 2016
Nerida and I, and later Ky and I, visited the granite coast of Tasmania's northeast. Most of the photos below were taken by Nerida, with the remainder Ky's work.

These striking landscapes, geologically speaking, are part of a huge outcrop of granite which runs from the Great Dividing Range in Victoria, southeast through Wilsons Promontory, forming the islands of eastern Bass Strait (the Furneaux Group) then continuing south again, forming the coastal landscapes you see pictured below.
